Air-To-Water Heat Recovery Systems
A direct or indirect air-to-water heat exchanger from CEE will save you money by utilizing otherwise wasted heat from a process. On indirect heat recovery projects, the heat exchangers dehumidifies hot, saturated air to provide heated process water.
On direct contact air-to-water units, typically the hot exhaust air enters near the bottom and flows upward through the unit while an array of clog-resistant spray nozzles directs process water downward, counter-current to the exhaust airflow.
The process water then absorbs heat from the exhaust air.
